Design-Build-Operate
Long-horizon DBO arrangements where Amedex retains operational responsibility for 10–25 years post-completion. Measured on lifecycle performance.
O&M
Operations and maintenance for existing assets. Preventive maintenance schedules, condition surveys, and whole-life costing plans.
